1 Who are you and what artforms do you use? 1. My name is Arynn Huey, I am a tattooer primarily. I also dabble in digital art, painting and drawing. 

  2 What are your 5 favorite movies? 

1-Lord of the Rings (all three)     

2-honestly, I can’t really think of anything else off the top of my head. More of a book Gal. Anything with a strong female lead and magic. Fantasy.

3 How has your craft developed? 

3. My craft has developed through years of being dedicated to being able to work for myself and support myself through something I enjoy. So, determination. 

 4 What are your artistic inspirations? 

4. Other artists.  

5 What is an artist or art form that is catching your attention?

Currently, all things tattoo are eye catching to me. Particularly my fellow artists in the shop.    

6 What is the best piece of advice a fellow artist gave you? 

My mentor told me early on “You can be a great artist and if you’re a crummy person, people won’t come back. You can be a mediocre artist and treat people with respect and you’ll have clients forever”.  

 7 How do you seek opportunities to share your art?

  I manifest them.   

8 Where would you like your art to go? Thematically and style 

 I’d like to just improve upon what I’ve created this far, be better than the artist I was yesterday.   

9 Do you have any advice for artists who come after you? 

  If you want it, work for it. If it’s meant to be your path, it’ll come to you.   

10 How do you incorporate your art into your life, besides producing it? 

I incorporate art through interior design in my own home, as well as cooking and with my personal appearance.
